Cooking Ingredients Needed:
Fish pieces (500g - 1kg)
Shosti Fish Curry Masala (2 tablespoons)
Mustard paste (2 tablespoons)
Mashed Onions (1/2 cup)
Shosti Mustard Oil
Green chilies (5-6)
Salt & Water
Preparation Method & Cooking Procedure:
Wash the fish pieces thoroughly.
Heat Shosti mustard oil in a pan, then add the mashed onions, Shosti Fish Masala, and green chilies. Stir for a while.
Once the spices start to release their aroma, add the mustard paste and salt to taste. Mix well.
Carefully arrange the fish pieces in the pan so they don't break.
Add 1 cup of water, cover with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Once the gravy thickens, remove from heat and serve hot with steamed white rice.
