Ingredients: A proprietary blend of premium aromatic spices (Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Mace, and Nutmeg).

Cooking Ingredients Needed:

  • Beef / Mutton (cut into small pieces)

  • Kalijeera or Basmati Rice

  • Shosti Tehari Masala (1 Pack / 40g)

  • Mustard Oil & Soyabean Oil

  • Chopped Onions, Ginger paste, Garlic paste

  • Green Chilies and Salt to taste

Preparation Method & Cooking Procedure:

  1. Meat Preparation: Marinate the meat pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, and a portion of the Shosti Tehari Masala.

  2. Cooking the Meat: Heat mustard oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add the marinated meat and cook on medium heat until tender.

  3. Preparing the Rice: In a separate large pot, heat a little oil, add washed and drained aromatic rice. Stir-fry slightly.

  4. Combining: Add the cooked meat to the rice along with the remaining Shosti Tehari Masala. Pour in the appropriate amount of warm water or milk.

  5. Dum (Steaming): Add green chilies, cover the pot tightly, and cook on very low heat (dum) until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy. Serve hot!
