Meat (Chicken/Beef/Mutton)
Shosti Shahi Garam Masala (1-2 teaspoons)
Cooking Oil & Sour Yogurt
Chopped Onions, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Chili Powder
Salt to taste
Preparation Method & Cooking Procedure:
Wash the meat and place it in a colander to drain the water.
In a bowl, combine the meat with a little oil, sour yogurt, chili powder, garlic/ginger paste, salt, and your primary spices. Marinate for about an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until golden. Add the marinated meat and sauté well.
Cover the pan and let it cook on medium heat.
The Royal Finish: When the meat is almost cooked and tender, sprinkle Shosti Shahi Garam Masala and a touch of crushed garlic over the top.
Let it simmer on low heat for another 10-15 minutes to lock in the aroma. Remove from heat and serve hot!
