Ingredients: Turmeric, Red Chili, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, and traditional meat tenderizing spices.

Cooking Ingredients Needed:

  • Beef (1 kg, cut into cubes)

  • Shosti Beef Curry Masala (3-4 tablespoons)

  • Oil (4-5 tablespoons)

  • Chopped Onions (1.5 cups)

  • Ginger paste (2 tablespoons) & Garlic paste (1.5 tablespoons)

  • Salt to taste

  • Water

Preparation Method & Cooking Procedure:

  1. Take 4-5 tablespoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions and fry until light golden brown.

  2. Add a little water to prevent burning, then sauté the oil and mix in the Shosti Beef Curry Masala thoroughly. Add salt to taste.

  3. Add the beef pieces, ginger, and garlic paste. Stir well to coat the meat.

  4. Pour in warm water as required. When the water starts boiling, cover the pan with a lid.

  5. Cook on medium-low heat until the meat is fully cooked and tender. Once the gravy becomes thick, remove the lid. Add green chilies for extra spiciness if desired.

  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with paratha, ruti, or rice.
